have a whole domain associated with looking after our customers and making
sure they have access to lots of information about their hosting account.
In this section you are able to open new support tickets,
view invoices and billing information as well as pay due invoices. It
is of great importance that you keep your contact information up to
date in here so that you can be contacted at all times in case of unpaid
invoices or emergencies.
There are two different control panels installed on our server. Webhost
Manager is used by resellers to administer their domains and cPanel
is used by end users to control almost every aspect of their hosting
account. Manuals for both control panels are available here to view
online or download.
The helpdesk can also be used by emailing the above addresses. This
will automatically create a new ticket and allow the tracking available
to all other tickets. It is recommended however that customers login
to their helpdesk account to open support tickets. Also, this ensures
that the tickets end up at the correct dept.
